Production design and construction of the Comedy Carpet.

Creation of a bespoke production facility in Hull, alongside Russ Coleman, set up specifically for the purpose of realising the artwork. Management of the facility, employing fifteen people over three years, cutting and casting over 160,000 letters into 320 concrete panels that make up the artwork.

Development of the installation methodology alongside the structural engineers to install the 2200m2 granite and concrete work of art at the foot of Blackpool Tower.
